Description of the
This set consists of a stud bolt, a sleeve and a lock nut.
Assembly steps- Remove the 4-fold steel holder from the lathe
- Completely unscrew the moving part of the top slide
- Separate the moving part of the top slide from the base of the top slide
- Replacing the original stud bolt with the supplied stud bolt
- Mounting the moving part of the top slide on the base
- Attaching the supplied sleeve to the stud bolt
- Positioning the base body
- Secure the base body with the supplied lock nut
The base body must be aligned on the top slide so that the steel holders inserted later are at right angles to the Z-axis of the machine. To prevent the base body from twisting, it can also be pinned to the top slide.
Scope of delivery
- 1 x stud bolt M10
- 1 x sleeve
- 1 x lock nut M10

Fast Plug and Play ...
Den Kopf der Schraube musste ich etwas nacharbeiten, könnte aber auch an dem Baujahr meiner PM2500 liegen (2010) . Aber 2- 3 Feilenhübe später passte es perfekt.
