Intended use
A cross table is used on both milling and drilling machines. As a cross table can be moved in both the X and Y axes, the workpiece can be positioned exactly under the tool. This allows precise drilling and milling work to be carried out.

Description of the
This swivelling cross table is sturdy and solidly made of cast steel. The work table is ground on all sides. As the table can be rotated through 360°, it can also be milled at any angle diagonal to the axes. The worktable has two continuous T-slots with a width of 10 mm for T-nuts with an M8 thread. The workpiece is fixed in the desired position on the worktable using clamping claws, hold-down clamps or similar. The cross table can be moved in the X and Y directions using the large handwheels fitted with a vernier. A measuring scale on the Y-axis makes it quick and easy to read off the travel distance. The dovetail guides can be adjusted backlash-free using pressure bars. The spindle of the Y-axis is protected from falling chips by a drag plate.
