A. Delivery charges
As standard, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Your order will be sent by DHL Parcel or by Noerpel (freight forwarding). The shipping charges for parcel shipping within Germany, outside Germany and for freight forwarding within and outside Germany can be found in the tables below.
If you would like shipping to a country not listed (by us), please contact us before ordering using the contact form and let us know the item(s) with the desired order quantity as well as the delivery address (including postcode and country).
We will then promptly let you know if we can ship to the desired country and, if applicable, inform you of the shipping charges.
I. Parcel shipping within Germany
Parcel shipping within Germany is free of charge for orders of 49.00 € or more.
Delivery charges:
The shipping charges for parcel shipping within Germany are 5.40 € and apply to parcels with a total weight of max. 31.5 kg.
The shipping weight (= gross weight) is shown for each item. The total of the gross weights of all products you wish to order is the weight of your parcel. If this is over 31.5 kg, the delivery will be split into several parcels. If the gross weight of a single product is over 31.5 kg, the delivery will be shipped by freight forwarding. Please note that certain products with a gross weight of less than 31.5 kg cannot be shipped as a parcel due to their design, but will be sent by freight forwarding. Freight forwarding charges can be found in Section III (freight forwarding within and outside Germany).
Alternatively, you can add the desired goods to your shopping cart and select your country under "Shipping charges" to calculate shipping costs. This does not place an order.

For cash on delivery we charge an additional flat fee of 7.00 €. No extra transfer fee is charged. Delivery to parcel lockers is not possible for cash on delivery.
II. Parcel shipping outside Germany
We deliver not only to Germany but also to the following countries:
Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus.
Delivery charges:
The shipping cost for parcel shipping outside Germany depends on the country of delivery. You can find the shipping charges according to the delivery country in the following table.

III Bulky goods shipping within and outside Germany
The shipping costs for bulky goods within Germany are € 28.50.
The amount of the shipping costs for bulky goods outside Germany depends on the country to which the goods are to be delivered. The shipping costs are made up as follows:
Shipping costs for parcel shipping to the respective country plus €24.00.
The following item falls under bulky goods shipping: "Joint clamp 1,500 mm made of steel and malleable cast iron" (item number: 40003).
IV Shipping costs within and outside Germany
The shipping costs for freight forwarding to Germany are €45 for shipments between 32 and 75 kg and €65 for shipments > 75 kg.
The shipping costs for shipping to Austria are €65 for shipments between 32 and 75 kg and €85 for shipments > 75 kg.

Shipping by weight:
The shipping costs depend on the weight of the goods and the country to which they are to be delivered. You can find the shipping costs for your country in our shipping costs table for forwarding agent shipping(forwarding agent shipping outside Germany).
Dispatch of workshop equipment by a forwarding agent:
Workshop equipment is sent to you by the manufacturer directly after production by a forwarding agent. The costs listed under IV. are charged separately for forwarding. At the moment we can only deliver to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
V. Delivery to countries outside the European Union
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). B. Delivery times
If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will dispatch the goods in a joint consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the consignment as a whole.
In the case of payment in advance by bank transfer, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
