General questions

Yes, collection from our specialist shop in Neu-Ulm is possible. When placing your order in the online shop, please select "Collection" as the dispatch method. If you have also selected "Prepayment" as the payment method, please make sure that payment has already been made to one of our bank accounts on collection. You can define a collection date directly when ordering. Please note that collection is possible on the next day at the earliest. This ensures that your goods are ready for you when you arrive and that you do not have to wait. We require a valid identity card or passport from you for collection. If the goods are collected by a third party authorised by you, please let us know the name of this person in advance by e-mail. This person must also present a valid identity card or passport.
If you would like to collect a machine, please make sure that your vehicle has a permissible payload. We will be happy to help you load your machine with a forklift truck. However, this is only possible on a trailer or in a van with sliding or hinged doors. Loading into an estate car or van with a tailgate is not possible with a forklift truck, as the tailgate is then "in the way" when opened upwards. Our philosophy is to offer you high-quality products at the lowest possible price. Therefore, we do not produce printed catalogues for reasons of cost and environmental protection. You can find our complete range of products in our online shop, which is updated daily. As we are constantly expanding our range, it is worth visiting our online shop regularly.
If you have not received a gift voucher by e-mail after purchasing it, please note that the voucher will only be sent once payment has been received. Please also check the spam and junk folders in your e-mail inbox. You are also welcome to contact our customer support if you have any further questions.

Order / Delivery

With the "DHL forwarding" shipping method, you can select a desired delivery date directly when completing the order in our online shop. With the "Prepayment" payment method, the selection of a desired delivery date is not available when completing the order. In this case, you will be contacted by us after placing your order in our online shop to arrange a delivery date. Therefore, when placing your order, please be sure to provide a telephone number (landline or mobile) where you can be reached during the day.
Yes, delivery to a Packstation is possible with the "DHL Paketversand" shipping method. Please note the following points when entering your delivery address:
  • Please enter the word "Packstation" and the number of the Packstation to which you wish to deliver in the "Street and no." field.
  • Please enter your personal postal number in the "Additional address 1" field.
Please note that delivery to a Packstation is not possible with the "DHL Forwarding" shipping method.
On the day your goods are dispatched, you will receive an invoice from us by e-mail in accordance with the provisions of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG) with VAT shown separately. If you have created a customer account for our shop, you can also download your invoice as a PDF file the day after dispatch. You will find the invoice with the respective order in your customer account.
If you purchase a gift voucher in our online shop, you will receive it as a PDF document by e-mail. You can then print it out and are therefore more flexible in terms of time.

Please always state the order number as the reason for payment in your bank transfer.
Prepayment payments from abroad must be made free of bank charges for us. Please make sure that you select a corresponding fee arrangement when making the transfer so that we receive the full purchase price of your order. Please understand that we will otherwise have to claim any missing amounts.

Customer account

Please click on the "My account" button on the homepage of our online shop and then on the "Forgot your password?" button in the grey "I am already a customer" box. Please enter the e-mail address associated with your customer account. You will then receive an e-mail describing how to proceed.
Yes, you can also shop in our online shop as a guest without registering. Please select the option "Do not create a customer account" during the order process. However, registration offers you many advantages. You can set up your customer account easily and conveniently either by clicking on the "My account" button on the homepage of our shop or directly during the ordering process. The next time you place an order, your personal details such as billing or shipping address will already be saved and you will not have to enter them again. With a customer account, you also have an overview of your previous orders including the corresponding invoice for downloading, information on the order status and shipment tracking. You can also add all items from an old order to your shopping basket again with just one click.

If you have a VAT identification number (VAT ID no.), please enter this in the field provided in your customer account. Please note that the VAT ID number must be assigned to the invoice recipient. As soon as you are logged into your customer account, the online shop will show you the tax-free value of the goods (if you have entered your VAT ID no.) by deducting the German VAT of 19% from the gross price shown in the online shop.

Our comprehensive quality assurance measures ensure that the quality of our products meets our and your high expectations. Long-standing partnerships between us and the production facilities guarantee consistent and high quality. In particular, we regularly travel to China to visit our partners on site and constantly expand our product portfolio.
professional is our professional line, whose products can be recognised by the professional logo. The products in this line also meet the highest demands and are characterised, for example, by particularly high accuracy, particularly low tolerances or particularly high-quality workmanship. Nevertheless, these machines and tools - like all paulimot products - also offer an attractive price-performance ratio. In addition to very demanding DIY enthusiasts, professionals will also find the right product for their application in this product line.
Although we place a strong focus on favourable prices, we do not compromise on product quality. Before a delivery is packed and shipped for us, personnel commissioned by us travel to the production site and carry out quality checks defined by us. We carry out a further quality check when the goods are received at our warehouse in Neu-Ulm. Finally, we check every machine for you before dispatch - this includes not only several mechanical and electrical test steps, but also various measurements and adjustments as well as the removal of the anti-corrosion film from all machine parts. If, despite our comprehensive quality assurance measures, you should ever have reason for a complaint, we will help you quickly and easily.
Currently, only customers with a billing and delivery address within Germany can purchase our gift vouchers. However, we hope that we will be able to offer our gift vouchers to customers from other countries in the future.

Return / Warranty
