This boring bar set consists of five carbide-tipped boring bars for vertical use in a boring or boring head.
The rake and flank faces of the carbide inserts in this set are already pre-ground. To achieve optimum results, the chip grooves still need to be ground in. As soon as the cutting edges of a boring bar are worn, they can be reground. A diamond grinding disc, for example, is suitable for this.

The overall length of the boring tool for use on the side mount of the drill head is 70 mm. All chisels in this set are already fitted with one carbide insert each. The boring tools can be stored safely and properly in the aluminium box included in the scope of delivery.

Gute Ergebnisse auch ohne Spanleitstufe!
Mit den Bohrstangen habe ich Schwarzmetall und Alu gefräst ohne Spanleitstufe, (Ich bin Hobby Bastler und traue mich noch nicht eine Spanleitstufe zu schleifen) habe gute Ergebnisse erzielt. Die Firma Paulimot ist super! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Das HM macht bei der Bearbeitung von Stahl (C45) keine gute Performance.

empfehlenswert
Ausspindeln gerade von kleinen von Lagersitzen war problemlos. Auch beim Ausdrehen von Bohrungen auf der Drehmaschine gute Ergebnisse damit.
