Intended use
A direct clamping collet is a clamping device with which workpieces or tools can be clamped with high precision. When using direct collets, the tool or workpiece is clamped directly with the collet in the machine spindle without the use of an additional holder (such as a collet chuck in the ER collet system). Tools with a cylindrical shank such as milling cutters, drills, countersinks, taps, etc. can be clamped.

Description of the
This SK30 direct collet set consists of 11 individual direct collets. They can be used to clamp cylindrical shanks from 3 to 20 mm. The collets are made of 65Mn steel, hardened and ground and have a length of 70 mm. With the collets from this set, concentricity with a maximum deviation of 0.015 mm can be achieved. The collets are supplied in an aluminium box with foam inlay for clear and proper storage.

Perfekt
Ich habe 4 Zangen aus dem Satz vermessen alle unter 6mµ Rundlaufabweichung, erstaunlich zu dem Preis. Ein Vorteil der Zangen ist Platz an der Z-Achse zu gewinnen, der andere das Fräsen aufgrund der besseren Hebelverhältnisse mit deutlich mehr Vorschub und Zustellung ohne vibrieren geht.

Tolle Alternative zu Spannzangenfutter
Habe mir diesen Artikel zugelegt um auf kleinen Maschinen Arbeitshöhe zu gewinnen. Wo es vorher schonmal knapp wurde oder sofern unmöglich war mit dem 3D Taster zu gelangen habe ich nun wieder Platz. Bedeutend kürzen als normale Spannzangenfutter aber genau so gut. Preis /Leistung ebenfalls unschlagbar. Der Aufbewahrungskoffer ist ebenfalls praktisch und macht einen soliden Eindruck.

Zangen
Die Zangen haben einen Rundlauf zwischen 0,01 und 0,015mm. Für den Preis ein absolut gutes Produkt. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.
