Description of the
This compact marking aid is made from sturdy, black anodised aluminium and enables the quick and repeatable marking of parallel lines. The moulded stop on the side is placed against the edge of the workpiece and guides the tool whilst marking. The grid of holes comprises a total of 60 clearly labelled marking positions ranging from 5 to 64 mm. The graduations are continuous in 1 mm increments. To use it, the tip of a fine-tip pencil or a suitable marking needle is inserted through the desired guide hole. Moving the gauge along the edge of the workpiece produces an evenly spaced, parallel marking at the selected distance. The marking points are clearly arranged in five staggered rows. As a result, the gauge offers a large marking range despite its compact dimensions. Each guide hole is marked with the corresponding distance value, so that the desired position can be selected immediately. The durable anodised coating ensures a high-quality, long-lasting finish. An additional hole in the ruler allows for space-saving storage on a tool hook.
