Analogue dial gauges
Analogue dial gauges consist of two round scales that indicate the longitudinal movement of a probe. The pointer of the large scale can rotate 360° several times. The number of revolutions is indicated by the small round scale. Due to the high precision of analogue dial gauges, the reading accuracy can be up to 0.001 mm. In general, dial gauges are mainly used for position, concentricity, flatness and comparative measurements.
