The Milwaukee BOLT 200 industrial climbing helmet red, ventilated was developed for professional users who require a high level of safety, ergonomic comfort and maximum adaptability when working at height, in construction or in industry. The ventilated design ensures effective air circulation and increases wearing comfort, especially during long periods of use, while the Lexan helmet shell offers exceptionally high resistance to impact. The foam inner shell stiffens gradually in the event of an impact and distributes the forces evenly over the entire head, regardless of the point of impact. A comfortable and easily adjustable wheel ratchet system enables quick adjustment to head circumferences from 52 to 68 cm. The breathable, washable and replaceable premium sweatband and the replaceable inner padding provide additional comfort.
As part of the Milwaukee BOLT system, the helmet is fully compatible with a wide range of accessories such as visors, hearing protection and helmet lamps. The ventilated version is supplied with a red chin strap and is certified to EN 12492. It also fulfils the requirements of EN 50365 section 5.3 for electrically insulating helmets for use in low-voltage installations. The red design with a matt finish ensures clear visibility and clear identification on the construction site or in an industrial environment.
