Description of the
Milwaukee Milwaukee’s SHOCKWAVE 3-in-1 combination tap set enables centre drilling, thread cutting and deburring in a single operation, thereby reducing the workload during assembly and manufacturing tasks. The tap set includes sizes M3, M4, M5, M6, M8 and M10, covering a wide range of applications and suitable for various screw connections. The high-quality HSS-G construction ensures precise threads and a long service life even with regular use. Thanks to the 1/4" HEX shank in accordance with DIN 3126 E 6.3, the taps are compatible with (cordless) drill drivers and impact drill drivers. Thanks to SHOCKWAVE technology, the tools are impact-resistant and can also be used with cordless impact drivers provided the recommended speed is observed. The taps are designed for metric ISO threads in accordance with DIN 13 and are suitable for machining plastic, sheet metal and unalloyed steel up to 800 N/mm². The use of cutting oil is recommended for optimum results and increased service life.
