Description of the
This set consists of a stud bolt, a spacer disc and a lock nut.
Assembly steps:- Removing the 4-fold steel holder of the lathe
- Remove the screwed-in stud bolt
- Screwing in the supplied stud bolt
- Attach the supplied spacer disc
- Positioning the base body
- Secure the base body with the supplied lock nut
The base body must be aligned on the top slide so that the steel holders inserted later are at right angles to the Z-axis of the machine. To prevent the base body from twisting, it can also be pinned to the top slide.

- 1 x stud bolt
- 1 x spacer disc 4 mm
- 1 x lock nut M10

Montageset mit Modifikation
Ich habe mir das Montageset für den Austausch vom 4fach Stahlhalter auf Multifix geordert und finde die Lösung mit der Scheibe nicht so toll. Die auftretenden Schnittkräfte dürften von der Klemmmutter wohl nicht getragen werden. Ein Verstiften mit 6 mm Passstiften durch die beigelegte Scheibe in die untere Grundscheibe mit rechtwinklig ausgerichteten Stahlhalter ist schwierig zu realisieren. Habe eine neue abgesetzte Scheibe gefertigt, die in die Nut greift und in diese mit dem Grundkörper gestiftet.

Dieser Automatenstahl ist sehr gut bearbeitbar. Musste an meinem Werkzeugschlitten (Drehbank SIMONET) Nacharbeiten ausführen und am Gewindebolzen vom Mntageset ein neues Gewinde schneiden. Ging prima.
