Description of the
This set consists of a stud bolt, a spacer disc and a lock nut.
Assembly steps:- Removing the 4-fold steel holder of the lathe
- Procedure for a stud bolt screwed into the top slide (spanner flats): The supplied adapter is not required for this stud bolt version!
- Removing the screwed-in stud bolt
- Screwing in the supplied stud bolt
- Attach the supplied spacer disc
- Positioning the base body
- Secure the base body with the supplied lock nut
The base body must be aligned on the top slide so that the steel holders inserted later are at right angles to the Z-axis of the machine. To prevent the base body from twisting, it can also be pinned to the top slide.
Scope of delivery
- 1 x stud bolt
- 1 x spacer disc 10 mm
- 1 x lock nut M10

Perfect fitting set
Perfect for the PM5000 but also for the HBM type 360 x 1000 lathe that I use. Could have used a bit of oil, the set was packed dry and wrapped in plastic. But no rust!
