Intended use

Bandsaws are used for sawing wood, metal, plastics, textiles, leather, aerated concrete, etc. However, the main area of application is woodworking. Description of the

The MJ12 model is characterised by its excellent workmanship. The two ball-bearing mounted, rubberised cast spoke wheels ensure very smooth running of the band saw blade. Even curved cuts can be made comfortably on the sturdy 480 x 390 mm saw table. The table is made of grey cast iron and can be tilted up to 45° via a toothed segment. The height of the saw blade guide is infinitely adjustable. This allows the saw blade to be perfectly adapted to the height of the workpiece to be sawn. The saw blade is supported in the upper and lower guide by ball and needle bearings at the sides and front. These bearings are of course adjustable. With two cutting speeds (370 or 800 m/min.) and the option of using saw bands from 6 to 20 mm, extensive and diverse sawing work can be carried out. A saw blade with a width of 12.5 mm is fitted as standard. You will also find other suitable saw bands in various widths in our range. The saw blade can be changed quickly and easily using a quick-release lever. Both the viewing window for reading the band tension and the LED work light make working with this wood band saw much easier. The removable chip drawer, the chip scraper on the lower roller and the connection socket for an extraction system are further advantages of this saw.

Excellent value for money

Got this bandsaw approximately 2 months ago. In this period I did some occasional use. So far it looks like product of high quality compared to other products in same price range. Also, I would like to mention that communication with company was very professional. Highly recommended

Die Maschine ist von sehr guter Qualität,

Die Maschine ist von sehr guter Qualität, und arbeitet nach exakter Einstellungen sehr genau. Das Sägeband habe ich als erstes austauschen müssen da ich damit keine ordentlichen Schnitte hinbekommen habe. Würde die Bandsäge auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen. Preis Leistung ist Super.

Zufriedenheit

ich habe mich nach langer Recherche für die Paulimot MJ 12 Bandsäge entschieden und ich muss sagen, die Verarbeitung und Qualität der Maschine ist absolut ihr Geld wert. Ein wunderbares Gerät, nur das Gestell, auf dem die Maschine ruht, könnte ca. 15 cm höher sein. Auch wenn ich die Bandsäge erst ein paar Tage habe, bin ich dennoch sehr zufrieden. Es bleibt auch zu erwähnen, daß der Service die Bestnote verdient. Nach anfänglichen Problemen mit dem verbauten Sägeband und telefonischer Nachfrage gab es sehr schnell kostenlosen, Qualitativ besseren Ersatz. Vielen Dank an Herrn Siegers an der Stelle. Ich kann Paulimot bestens Empfehlen und bin Froh, diesen Anbieter gewählt zu haben.

Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung

Die Abwicklung, Kommunikation und Lieferung waren einwandfrei. Die Lieferung mit der Spedition Kühne war vorbildlich und auf freundlicher Bitte wurde nicht nur frei Bordsteinkante geliefert. Da es meine erste Bandsäge ist fehlt mir der Vergleich, aber diese Säge ist sauber und solide gefertigt. Der Tisch muss wie in anderen Rezensionen bereits angeführt von einem zähen Harzüberzug gereinigt werden und die Säge muss selbstverständlich justiert werden. Für den mobilen Einsatz verwende ich ein DIY-Rollbrett aus 21mm Multiplex und 75mm Schwerlastrollen mit Bremsen. Das Untergestell ist mit Rampa-Muffen und M10 Schrauben gesichert. Nach Justage läuft die Säge sehr ruhig und leise und liefert bereits mit dem vorhandenen Sägeblatt aus meiner Sicht maßgerechte und saubere Schnitte.
