Description of the
This precision machine vice, ground on all sides, is made of high-alloy, hardened steel. The vice can be rotated through 360° in a horizontal position (0° inclination). When the vice is turned 90°, it can be swivelled by up to 60°. The angle of inclination is set and fine-adjusted using a rotary knob via a worm and a toothed segment. The laser-cut angle scales make it easy to set the desired angle of inclination or rotation. The set angles can be fixed using grub screws. The movable jaw runs backlash-free in the guide. The parallelism and perpendicularity of the surfaces to each other are 0.005 mm to 100 mm. The vice can be attached to a machine table using the two elongated holes on the side. The vice is supplied in a sturdy wooden storage box.
