At the moment, global supply chains are being disrupted to an extent that probably no one could have imagined some time ago. Many raw materials and semi-finished products are currently unavailable or only available at extremely high prices and with very long delivery times. The global logistics system has come apart at the seams, particularly due to a lack of availability of shipping capacity and container equipment. Freight prices for sea transport between Asia and Europe have risen by 1,500% since the end of 2020, i.e. they have increased fifteenfold.
You may have noticed that various products from our range are currently out of stock. The reason for the partial lack of availability is, on the one hand, the supply and logistics problems described above and, on the other, a sharp increase in demand for certain products.
We are doing everything we can to make the products that are currently sold out available again as quickly as possible. In the vast majority of cases, replenishment is already on its way to our warehouse. The factories producing for us are working at full speed and our logistics partners are also doing their utmost to provide sufficient freight capacity to bring the goods to our logistics centre in Neu-Ulm despite the difficult situation.
In addition, we are doing everything we can to continue to offer you our products at a very attractive price-performance ratio, even if price increases unfortunately cannot always be avoided due to the situation described above.
All products labelled as "ready for immediate dispatch" in our online shop are in stock. Delivery usually takes place on the day of receipt of payment, but no later than the next working day. For products that are currently sold out, you have the option of entering your e-mail address on the respective product detail page. You will then be notified automatically as soon as the desired product is available again.
