Aluminium angle vice 90° with 70 mm jaw width

Description of the

For the discerning DIY enthusiast, this angle vice is the solution for clamping two materials to be assembled at right angles to each other. The two parts are firmly fixed to each other at a 90° angle, which now enables the precise drilling of screw or dowel holes.

Glued joints are securely fixed until the adhesive has hardened, mounting areas are secured against unintentional movement and screw connections are locked until the screws are tightened. For example, picture frames or frames for a wide variety of tasks can be produced quickly, accurately and reproducibly with this angle screw clamp.

Even right-angled constructions made of non-ferrous metal profiles, sectional steel or square tubes can be easily fixed and processed in the clamped state.

The two separate clamping devices allow two materials of different thicknesses to be clamped at the same time. The prisms mounted in the jaws also allow round materials to be clamped and aligned easily.

Various slotted holes allow this clamping device to be securely fastened to a drilling machine table or worktop, for example. This universal device can therefore be used to safely carry out a wide range of work.

Thanks to the quick adjustment on both clamping devices, you can easily preset the clamping width of this angle screw clamp to the width of your workpiece, saving you time and allowing you to work effectively.

Even right-angled frame constructions made of sectional steel or square tubes can be clamped well and then welded or soldered without any problems in the clamped state thanks to the connection point being free at the top and bottom.

The movable and self-adjusting jaw makes it possible to clamp materials of different thicknesses at an angle of exactly 90° to each other.
