Description of the
The TBM6016 is a bench drill that runs very smoothly across the entire speed range. The drill is powered by a 230 volt motor. The machine has 12 speeds, which can be set by changing the V-belts. The TBM6016 has an adjustable drilling depth stop. The base plate has a solid design with a footprint of 350 x 210 mm and is equipped with two clamping grooves. Two holes are drilled in the base plate to secure the machine. The height of the worktable is adjusted by means of a hand crank via a toothed rack. The table can be clamped at the set height using a tommy screw. It has two clamping grooves, can be rotated 360° around the column and can be swivelled by +/- 45°.

Nicht perfekt, aber für den Preis großartig
Die Maschine wurde schnell und gut verpackt mit DHL geliefert. Beim Zusammenbau fiel auf, dass die Köpfe der vier Sechskantschrauben, mit denen der Säulenfuß auf der Grundplatte befestigt wird, beim Einschrauben am Fuß-Gußteil streifen, wodurch eine Art Rast-Effekt entsteht. Mit etwas Gewalt ließen sich die Schrauben aber ausreichend eindrehen. Hier wären Schrauben mit Ansatz oder evtl. Innensechskant-Schrauben besser passend - werde ich bei mir wohl noch austauschen. Auch fällt auf, dass Bohrtisch und Grundplatte nur recht grob geschruppt sind, was der Funktion aber keinen Abbruch tut. Entgegen den Angaben zum Lieferumfang war bei mir ein Kegeldorn M2 / B16 enthalten, den ich allerdings gleich durch den feiner gearbeiteten zusätzlich bestellten ersetzt habe. Das mitgelieferte Teil hätte aber sicher auch seinen Dienst getan. Mit einem Röhm Supra Futter ausgerüstet, das ich noch in der Werkstatt hatte, läuft die Maschine 'gefühlt' perfekt rund - Messmöglichkeiten hab' ich da nicht, aber für meine Zwecke passt der Rundlauf jedenfalls. Der Tiefenanschlag funktioniert sicher, die Skala ist gut ablesbar. Insgesamt ist manches an der Maschine etwas 'rauh', aber, wie schon in der Zusammenfassung geschrieben, das beeinträchtigt den Nutzen nicht. Für den günstigen Preis ist sie auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.
