Description of the
This 10-piece clamping claw set with M6 thread for 8 mm T-slot width is suitable for secure and fast clamping of workpieces, tools and fixtures, especially on our dividing heads.
The set is suitable for the following dividing heads:
- Rotary indexing table Ø 80 mm horizontal / vertical (item no. 16200)
- Rotary indexing table Ø 80 mm swivelling horizontal / vertical (item no. 16201)
- Rotary table dividing head Ø 100 mm horizontal / vertical (item no. 16202)
- Rotary table dividing head Ø 100 mm swivelling horizontal / vertical (item no. 16203)
- Rotary indexing table Ø 105 mm swivelling horizontal / vertical (item no. 16205)
The clamping element with a slotted hole (also known as a clamping claw) is attached so that one end rests on the body to be clamped. The other end rests on a support, the step block. The threaded rod is attached as close as possible to the workpiece and fixed at the lower end to one of our rotary tables (item no. 16200, 16201, 16202, 16203 or 16205) using a T-slot nut. A collar nut is fitted to the upper end of the stud bolt. This applies the clamping force by tightening it firmly. Now the workpiece can no longer slip and you can carry out your work safely and quickly.
The clamping claw set can be used for workpieces with a maximum height of 20 mm.
Please note that the clamping claw set is not compatible with the VERTEX rotary tables!
