Description of the
This machine vice is made of cast iron and is therefore characterised by a high dead weight. This results in increased stability of the vice during material processing.
The jaws of the vice are made of C45E steel and are also hardened.
The vice can be rotated through 360° and is mounted on a turntable with an angle scale. The set angle position can be fixed using two locking nuts. This allows angle milling to be carried out easily and conveniently. Using the guide blocks included in the scope of delivery, the vice can be quickly and easily aligned parallel to the T-slots in the worktable.
The vice can be mounted on the machine table via two 13.5 mm wide slotted holes, either with or without a rotary disc.
