Description of the
The universal bending device can be used to produce round and flat bent parts from a wide variety of materials. This angle bender is practical, fast and versatile thanks to its many different applications. The angle plate can be used to bend angles into flat parts and the bending pins can be used to bend diameters of up to 25 mm into round materials.
The bending device can be used to process metal up to a thickness of 3 mm and a height of 25 mm.
The universal bending device is suitable for smaller series production due to the adjustable bending stop and the resulting repeat accuracy.
The bending device should either be clamped in a vice or fixed to a workbench using the holes in the casting bed.

Bereicherung jeder Werkstatt
FĂ¼r viele Zwecke gut geeignet. Man kann deutlich präziser und einfacher arbeiten als mit den Ă¼blichen "Improvisationen" am Schraubstock. Bei 3mm Flachstahl wird es dann allerdings grenzwertig und erfordert eigene Zusatzteile zur Versteifung.

Dokumentation und Toleranzen
Leider ist die beigefĂ¼gte Dokumentation nicht sehr hilfreich. Es kostet eine Menge Zeit, sich die Funktion und Anwendung von Vorrichtung und Zubehör zu erarbeiten. Sehr groĂŸzĂ¼gig ausgelegte Toleranzen der Bauteile. Alles nutzbar, kann man aber besser machen.
