This small vice, ground on all sides, is suitable for fine drilling and milling work. Its quick-adjustment mechanism enables rapid presetting of the four clamping ranges. The movable jaw can be clamped within these ranges using the spindle. This quick adjustment makes it particularly easy to switch between workpieces of different sizes. The handle is knurled for a good grip. A cross hole is provided at the end of the handle. A shaft with the appropriate diameter can be inserted into this cross hole, which can then be used as a lever to increase the clamping force. The vice can be attached to a machine table using the elongated holes on the side and the hammerhead screws included in the scope of delivery.

Eine ideale Ergänzung für die Hobelbank

Durch einen Artikel in der Zeitschrift Holzwerken bin ich auf diesen Maschinenschraubstock aufmerksam geworden. Mit einem kleinen "Umbau" läßt er sich in der Hinterzange der Hobelbank einspannen und hält so auch kleine Teile, die dann bearbeitet werden können. Einfach genial und auch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Die Bestellabwicklung sowie die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell, hier würde ich immer wieder sehr gerne einkaufen.
