These protective jaws are used to protect a workpiece that is clamped in a vice. To fulfil this function, these protective jaws must be made of a very soft material (aluminium). Due to the soft material, this product may show tiny scratches even when new, without this constituting a defect.
There are two magnets on the inside of the protective jaws. This prevents the jaws from falling off when clamping or releasing the workpiece.
Made from aluminium, the vice protective jaws are 125 mm wide and 28 mm high. Thanks to the rubber coating, thin-walled pipes or workpieces made of wood or plastic can be clamped in a vice without damaging them. Thanks to the rubber coating, these jaws offer a secure hold even with low clamping pressure.

Gummi löst sich
Der Schutzbacken passt gut - wie auch die mit anderer Oberfläche. Die Gummioberfläche bietet auch einen guten Schutz und Gripp. Schade dass der Gummi bei der geringer drehender Belastung abgeht.

Die Schutzbacken passen, leider löst sich das Gummi leicht ab.
Die Schutzbacken passen perfekt auf meinen 125mm LEINEN Parallel-Schraubstock. Leider hat sich das Gummi nach dem ersten Mal spannen abgelöst. Das Problem lies sich aber leicht mittels per Cuttermesser zugeschnittenen Doppelklebeband lösen nachdem ich die Kleberreste entfernt hatte.

Tolle Schonbacken
Die Schonbacken passen wunderbar an meinen alten Schraubstock. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig. Die Magneten sind ausreichend stark um die Backen gut in Position zu halten. Ein klare Empfehlung meinerseits!

Rundum zufrieden - ausgezeichneter Service
Mit der Fertigungsqualität bin ich sehr zufrieden, auch der Preis ist angemessen. Lediglich der Magnet könnte etwas stärker sein, der verrutscht doch etwas leicht. Vielen Dank auch für den unkomplizierten Umgang mit meiner Falschbestellung zu meinen Gunsten - das ist Service erster Klasse
