Intended use
An automatic centre punch can be used to mark or centre punch workpieces without using a hammer. The automatic centre punch is placed on the workpiece to be marked. A spring mechanism inside the centre punch triggers the self-impact effect when it is pressed down from a certain point, marking or centre punching the workpiece.

The resharpenable tip of this automatic centre punch is made from hardened spring steel with a hardness of 40 to 50 HRC. The knurling on the brass handle ensures a non-slip surface.
To centre punch, the tip of the centre punch is placed on the scribed point and then the handle is pressed down vertically until the internal spring mechanism is released. This creates a clean marking or centre punch. This process can be repeated several times in succession to make a deeper mark.
The impact force can be infinitely adjusted by changing the spring pressure by turning the knurled cap.

Etwas Öl darf es sein
Preis Leistung stimmen. Qualität ist sehr gut. Nachdem ich etwas geölt habe arbeitet der Körner einwandfrei.

Funktioniert zu 50%
Leider kommt es immer wieder vor, dass der Körner nicht den Schlag zur Körnung ausführt, es passiert einfach nichts, dann muss man den auseinander nehmen wieder zusammensetzen und dann schafft er mit viel Glück 5 Körnungen, danach das selbe Spiel wieder von vorne, usw. usw. Das nervt ungemein.

Nicht so toll wie gedacht
Das Arbeiten damit ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ich habe schonrauf und runter justiert, aber bin damit nicht so richtig glücklich.

Autoatik ?
Mit diesem Teil bin ich nicht so zufrieden, da es nicht meinen Vorstellen von Automatik körnen auf St 37 entspricht. Der Körner dringt zu wenig ein , so dass ich mit dem normalen Körner und dem Hammer nachschlagen muss um Präzise zu bohren zu können

Naja
Also ich bin ja sonst über die Qualität der bis jetzt gekaufte Sachen überzeugt, aber dieser Automatikkörner ist nicht gerade lobenswert. Löst schwer aus, wenn überhaupt, dabei ist dann das Ergebnis mäßig. Gut, für den Preis vermutlich nicht zu erwarten. Hab ihn auch schon gereinigt und gehöhlt, aber keine wirkliche Verbesserung.

...geht garnicht!
Der Automatikkörner läßt sich kaum durchdrücken. Trotz Reinigung im Inneren konnte ich das Problem nicht lösen. Fehlkauf!
