Installation is easy for anyone thanks to the enclosed, illustrated installation instructions. The feed speed is infinitely variable via a potentiometer. The transmission ratio from the motor shaft to the spindle of the X-axis is 1:7.5. The feed direction can be set via a toggle switch, which also has a zero position. This prevents the feed direction from being inadvertently reversed. To move the machine table manually, the feed motor can be disengaged via the clutch control knob. The feed movement can be switched off via limit switches, which are triggered by adjustable stops.

Super Teil
Wie bei Paulimot gewohnt problemlose Bestellabwicklung. Die Montage an der Maschine ist dank der bebilderten Aufbauanleitung in kürzester Zeit erledigt. Probelauf war zufriedenstellend abgesehen von etwas unangenehmen Motorgeräuschen bei sehr langsamen Tischvorschub, wird aber bei Fräsarbeiten übertönt. Ein nützliches und preiswertes Zubehörteil.

Einwandfreies Teil
Genauso wie beschrieben wurde es sehr schnell geliefert .Passt einwandfrei,würde jederzeit wieder bei Paulimot etwas bestellen

Für Faule?
Der Vorschubmotor ist sicherlich ein Luxusteil an der SU1. Da jedoch der Späneflug an dieser Maschine beim Horizontalfräsen in Richtung Handrad für die X-Achse geht, bin ich froh, im Zweifelsfall aus der Schussrichtung zu sein. Ich finde es schade, daß der Motor bei der Endabschaltung nicht sofort auf den Punkt stehen bleibt, eine Umschaltung zum Rücklauf beim Erreichen des Endschalters wäre zeitgemäß und sicherlich auch nur ein paar Euro teurer. Wer ein Messsystem an der SU1 plant, muss dieses zwischen Tisch und Säule platzieren, da an der Vorderkante der Schaltweg per Nocken / Endschalter eingestellt wird.

Schöne Lösung, die die Arbeit leichter und gefräste Oberflächen schöner macht
Die Beratung im Vorfeld war bestens, der Vorschub paßt problemlos auch auf die Rotwerk EFM 200BL plus - Fräse (angeboten für die Sieg SX2L); Lieferung wie immer rasch und problemlos.
