Bei überschaubarer Nacharbeit eine lohnenswerte Anschaffung!
Das Gerät tut was es soll. Auffällig ist, das man die Herkunft aus Asien nicht ignorieren kann. Nicht alle Kanten, an denen man den Teilapparat spannen kann waren akzeptabel; ca. 1,5mm Toleranz an der Spannnase unterhalb des Tellers (für horizontal ausgerichtete Werkstücke) Der Lack ist leider nicht sehr widerstandsfähig. SEHR POSITIV: Der Teilapparat hat eine Toleranz von 0,15 mm! Angegeben sind vom Werk aus 0,2mm. Fazit: Bei etwas Nacharbeit eine lohnenswerte Anschaffung!

Entspricht den Erwartungen
Typisch für Produkte der Preisklasse und Herkunft muss man den Teilapparat zunächst komplett demontieren, entgraten, reinigen, neu abschmieren und einstellen. Dies gestaltet sich dank der Anleitung mit Explosionszeichnung als einfach. Die Die Einstellmutter für das Spindelaxialspiel lief allerdings nicht plan gegen die Passfläche, so das die Kurbel entweder zu lose oder sehr hakelig lief. Nachdem beide Teile aufeinander eingeschliffen waren, läuft der Teilapparat einwandfrei. Positiv überrascht war im von der Qualität, die Passungen sind allesamt gut, auch wenn ich einige Teile, wie beschrieben, noch etwas nachbearbeiten musste. Die Konstruktion ist dem Preis entsprechend mit Gleitlager, für meine Anwendungen reicht das aber. Insgesamt sehr viel Teilapparat für wenig Geld.

Besser als erwartet
Schnelle Lieferung. Nach säubern, fetten und justieren gemäß Anleitung ist es präziser als erwartet. Es läuft ruckfrei und das Werkstück kann mit viel Gefühl geführt werden.

Very Useful bit of kit
Have this set up on a cross table on my drill press for drilling on a circle. I extended the capacity using a lathe faceplate. This rotary table is of excellent quality.

Ein super Rundtisch
Nachdem ich etwas verspätet festgestellt hatte, dass der von mir zuvor bestellte Rundtisch "Teilapparat Rundtisch Ø 100 mm schwenkbar horizontal / vertikal" Mängel hatte (z.B. Versatz der Zentralbohrung), habe ich diesen retourniert und den VERTEX HV-4 bestellt. Kein Vergleich: Mittenversatz, Rundlauf, Höhenschlag des Tellers und die Genauigkeit der Winkelanzeige liegen in einem atemberaubenden Genauigkeitsbereich. Ich bin total begeistert.

Super Produkt der HV-4 von Vertex
Absoluter Spitzenpreis. Habe niemanden gefunden der ihn günstiger anbietet. Gibt keinen besseren auf dem Markt zur Zeit. Und das zu dem Preis. Super verarbeitet. Und hohe Präzision. Gibt es da überhaupt noch etwas besseres? Ja....einen größeren, z.B den HV-6 von Vertex. Nein, Spaß bei Seite. Es geht natürlich noch genauer, was Rundlauf und Parallelität angeht, die Kosten aber auch das 3 fache. Wird mit Prüfbericht geliefert. Bei mir lag der Wert weit unter den angegebenen 0,02mm.

Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Es konnte kein nennenswertes Spiel festgestellt werden, saubere Verarbeitung, bin sehr zufrieden. Danke an die Fa. Paulimot. ( Das Produkt wurde exakt so geliefert wie Abgebildet!!! )

Fast spielfrei aber mühsam zu montieren
Der Tisch ist fast spielfrei und präzise zu bedienen. Leider ist das Aufspannen über die eingefräßten Nuten mühsam, da der 110er Tisch keine Laschen hat. Dem läßt sich nur durch eine selbstgebaute Adapterplatte abhelfen.

habe heute die ersten Radien und Speichen gefräst die errechneten Fräser Positionen konnten Ansatz frei zugestellt werden. bin sehr zufrieden
