Intended use
Drill chucks are used to clamp tools with a cylindrical shank, such as drills, countersinks, reamers, etc. Drill chucks are used in machine tools such as lathes, milling machines or drilling machines. Depending on the type of machine, a drill chuck with a suitable holder is required. A general distinction is made between drill chucks in which the tools are clamped with a spanner and drill chucks in which the tools can be clamped without a spanner, so-called quick-action drill chucks.

The taper arbor has a drive-out tab and is therefore suitable for use both in drilling machines and in the tailstock of lathes. The clamping range of this chuck is 1 to 16 mm. As the three clamping jaws close completely, it is also possible to clamp tools with a shank diameter of less than 1 mm.

Sehr guter Eindruck, gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis
Das Bohrfutter mit MK2 macht einen sehr guten Eindruck und passte auf Anhieb in meine Bohrmaschine. Der Rundlauf fühlt sich (ohne Messung) sehr gut an, da eiert nichts.

Aufwertung der Säulenbohmaschine
Ich war echt überrascht - und zwar - es ist tatsächlich ein sehr wertiges, gut verarbeitetes Bohrfutter. Die Bezeichnung Präzision stimmt auch, da durch dieses massive Bohrfutter die Rundlaufgenauigkeit meiner Billig Einhell BD750 E entscheidend verbessert wurde. Allerdings handelt es sich hier auch nicht um das billigste Paulimot Bohrfutter. Ich bin rundum zufrieden und die Bohrergebnisse sprechen für sich. Preis-Leistung somit top.

Nicht wie erwartet.
Das Bohrfutter ist ok, aber auch nicht mehr. Trifft leider nicht meine Erwartungen. Von Präzisionsbohrfutter weit entfernt. Es lassen sich keine Bohrer mit einer Aufnahme von 16mm einspannen, obwohl bis 16mm angegeben wird. Das Bohrfutter lässt sich nicht bis 16mm öffnen, sondern kurz vorher ist Schluss. Also nur knapp 16mm. Zudem sind die Spannbacken nicht in der Lage, kleine Bohrer zentriert aufzunehmen. Da bedarf es mehrere Versuche bis es klappt. Insgesamt hat es sich nicht gelohnt und ich habe inzwischen mein altes und erheblich günstigeres wieder in Verwendung. Da sind selbst 1mm Bohrer sofort perfekt zentriert und das alte (23,-Euro Bohrfutter) öffnet auch geschmeidig bis 16mm. Insgesamt ist es sehr schade, da ich von einer Steigerung ausgegangen bin wenn man etwas mehr Geld ausgibt. Aber dem ist nicht immer so. Lieferung erfolgte zügig und problemlos. Diese Bewertung richtet sich nicht gegen den Shop!

Preis/Leistung stimmt.
Bin sehr zufrieden. Das Futter versieht zuverlassig seinen Dienst und der Rundlauf ist für meine Zwecke in Ordnung. Die Spannqualität ist besser als erwartet. Danke. Gern wieder.
