Intended use
Test mandrels are an important measuring and testing tool when working with machine tools. On milling machines, they can be used to align or check the alignment of the work spindle to the machine table. On lathes, they are used to align the headstock. Due to their high manufacturing accuracy, test mandrels are also suitable for measuring the concentricity of the working spindle of machine tools.
As test mandrels are sensitive measuring equipment, care should be taken to handle and store them carefully.

Both ends of the test mandrel have a centring hole. This allows it to be used "between the centres" on lathes to check the alignment of the tailstock.

Nützliches Hilfsmittel
Die Verarbeitung ist ordentlich und masshaltig. Für meine Anwendung musste ich allerdings den Konus etwas kürzen weil meine Maschine die kurze MK4 Variante benötigte. Die Arbeit war aber unproblematisch auszuführen.

Drehmaschine Überholt
Preis/Leistungsverhältnis Sehr gut ich konnte damit meine Drehmaschine überprüfen und anschliessend instansetzten habe die Spindellager gewechselt China Kegelrollenlager raus und Deutsche reingebaut läuft jetzt Exzellent dank diesem Prüfdorn.
