Intended use
Turning tools with replaceable inserts are characterised by the fact that worn cutting edges can be replaced quickly and easily. The tedious and time-consuming regrinding of the cutting edge is no longer necessary. Another advantage of turning tools with reversible or replaceable inserts is that the most suitable insert can be mounted on the holder depending on the material to be machined. For example, there are special inserts for machining aluminium or non-ferrous metals. Both the holders and the inserts are standardised and can be identified by the respective standard designation.

Die Plattenhalter sind prima. Die Standzeit / Einsatzzeit der Schneidplatten könnte m. Erachtens nach etwas besser sein. Die Verpackung im Koffer ist praktisch wenn die Werkzeuge nur ab und an verwendet werden.
