Intended use

This cast-iron steady rest is attached to the prism bed of the PM3800 using a clamping block. The three support jaws with brass tips are infinitely adjustable using star screws and enable easy positioning on the workpiece. The setting of the support jaws can be fixed using a locking screw for each jaw. The steady rest can be opened for easy adjustment and handling. Workpieces with a diameter of up to 40 mm can be machined.

Bin nicht zufrieden
Von der Qualität der Lünette bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Abgesehen von der schlechten Verarbeitung ist auch die Funktion nicht gegeben. Der größte Mangel besteht in den wacklig geführten Einstellspindeln, die sich auch nicht feststellen lassen. Ein weiterer Mangel ist die farbverschmierte Aufspannfläche mit dem ebenso verschmierten Führungsprisma. Um die Lünette überhaupt nutzen zu können sind umfangreiche Nacharbeiten erforderlich. Das ist nicht die gewohnt gute Qualität wie sonst bei Paulimot!

Die Lünette ist Top
Die Lünette entspricht voll meinen Erwartungen, schon auch deshalb weil sie einen großen Durchmesser zur Materialaufnahme hat. Der kostenlose Versand ist auch lobenswert
