Habe bis jetzt nur kurz in das Paket geschaut aber das was ich gesehen habe war schon sehr positiv.

Starker und guter Vorschubmotor mit rasanter Geschwindigkeit.
Die 4 Sterne Bewertung gibt es von mir, da ich den Motor für zu schnell halte. Laut meinen Messungen bewegt er den Tisch bei Einstellung des Potis in niederigster Position schon mit ca. 160 mm/min. Auf 12 Uhr liegen bereits 480mm/min an. Bei Einstellung 3 Uhr (laut Beschriftung 400mm/min) bewegt sich der Tisch mit 780 mm/min. Auf Volllast, knapp über 18 Uhr rast der Tisch mit 1130 mm/min am Fräser vorbei. Diese Geschwindigkeiten sind meines Erachtens für die F307-V zu schnell. Ich denke eine andere Übersetzung des Motors um langsamere Geschwindigkeiten (unter 160 mm/min) anzufahren wäre eine gute Verbesserung. Zur Montage: Die Montage des Vorschubmotors ist aufgrund seines Gewichtes von rund 7 kg etwas knifflig. Durch anzwingen an den Frästisch ist dies alleine zu schaffen. Die beiden Schrauben zur Montage durch die gesamte Elektronik zu schieben ist ein wenig fummelig aber mit geduld und dem langem Imbusschlüssel durchaus machbar. Ich hoffe nur, dass die 2 Schräubchen (ich glaube M6) das Gewicht auf Dauer halten, ohne die Kugelumlaufspindel zu sehr zu belasten. Außerdem muss ich mir noch überlegen, wie ich den Frästisch zum Vorschubmotor abdichte, da hier das Kühlmittel durchtropft.

Optimierung des Vorschubmotors
Produkt kam wie von Paulimot gewohnt sehr schnell an. Da der Vorschubmotor an einer Optimum Fräse verbaut wurde musste die Halterung für die Endabschaltung neu angefertigt werden da in diesem Bereich bereits der Sensor für die Digitalanzeige der X Achse angebracht ist. Ebenso mussten der rechte und linke Anschlag weiter vorgesetzt werden. Die linke Klemmung der X Achse wurde durch eine verlängerte M 6 Gewindestange erreicht. Ich denke der Mehraufwand hat sich gelohnt, da ja jetzt alles automatisch läuft.

Vorschubmotor X-ACHSE
Vorschubmotor für x-Achse für meine F307V, wer ihn hat möchte ihn nicht mehr missen. Läuft hervorragend, bei der Montage empfehle ich alle 4 Abdeckungen abzunehmen erleichtert die Montage erheblich. Ansonsten wird alles perfekt in der Anleitung beschrieben. Ich kann diesen Vorschubmotor nur weiterempfehlen ein absolutes Muss für eine Fräsmaschine. Wie von Paulimot gewohnt Super schnelle Lieferung und einwandfrei Ware.

Etwas fummelig zu montieren am besten es werden alle Blechwände abgebaut und ein 2 Mann dazugezogen um den Motor mitzuhalten damit die Spindel nicht verbogen wird oder mit Schraubzwingen fixieren ist er erstmal montiert will man ihn nicht mehr missen

Lange drauf gewsrtet
Lange hatte ich auf die Vorschubeinheit gewartet. Und für 300€ kann man nicht meckern. Montage ist etwas fummelig aber kein Hexenwerk. Hatte da wo die Vorschubbegrenzung angeschraubt ist einen Anbaumessschieber. Den musste ich vor die Einheit setzen. Sieht jetzt so aus als wenn es zum Lieferumfang gehörte. Denn die Messung mit dem angeschraubten Pfeil ist mir zu ungenau. Alles in allen eine tolle Sache von Paulimot???
