The threaded rod is attached as close as possible to the workpiece and fixed at the lower end to a plate or the machine table using a T-slot nut. A collar nut is fitted to the upper end of the stud bolt. This applies the clamping force by tightening it firmly. This means that the workpiece can no longer slip and work on the workpiece can be carried out safely and quickly.

The clamping element with a slotted hole (also known as a clamping claw) is attached so that one end rests on the body to be clamped. The other end rests on a support, the step block. The threaded rod is attached as close as possible to the workpiece and fixed at the lower end to one of our rotary tables (item no. 16200, 16201, 16202, 16203 or 16205) using a T-slot nut. The clamping claw set can be used for workpieces with a maximum height of 20 mm.

Please note that the clamping claw set is not compatible with the VERTEX rotary tables!

FĂ¼r den Preis ok.

Die Treppensteine und auch die Pratzen sind recht scharfkantig und nicht sauber entgratet. Auch die Bolzen sind nicht so schön, das Gewinde ist doch recht rau und hakelig. Da ist Feile und DrahtbĂ¼ste angesagt. DafĂ¼r bekommt man fĂ¼r kleines Geld ein umfangreiches Set.

Kunststoffteil (Halter)

Spannpratzen, Gewindebolzen,... (Metallteile) sind ok, hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Das Kunststoff Spritzteil ist Mist - verzogen, passt nicht Grat an den Kanten, Aufnahmen fĂ¼r die Gewindebolzen mĂ¼ssen nachgearbeitet werden. Sehr schade, dass Paulimot so etwas ausliefert, da ich schon einige Artikel gekauft habe und die Qualität sonst einwandfrei war. Habe den Service nicht kontaktiert und um Nachbesserung gebeten, hake es mal als Lieferantenfehler ab.

Auf dem Markt gibt es "Marken-Set's" fĂ¼r 800€ und dann dieses. Habe mich fĂ¼r dieses entschieden und kann keinen Unterschied erkennen. Stabilität ist wie bei anderen. Top Produkt.
