Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, aber mit deutlichen Mängeln
Ich habe den Rundtisch im Februar 2024 gekauft und muss leider die bereits im Januar 2018 vom Nutzer "Wilfried M." geäusserte Kritik vollumfänglich erneuern: "Die Bohrung in der Bodenplatte fluchtet nicht mit dem MK2 Konus. Daher läßt sich das Spannzangen Futter nicht einsetzen, wenn der Drehtisch horizontal oder in kleineren Kippwinkeln fixiert ist." Das Problem ist weiterhin nicht behoben, und besteht im beschriebenen Umfang vollständig weiterhin. Auch der Paulimot Prüfdorn MK2 (Artikelnummer: 21087) lässt sich bei horizontalem Drehtisch oder kleinen Kippwinkeln nicht einsetzen. Zum Rundlauf des Rundtischs, bzw. eingearbeiteten MK2-Konus: Mit eingesetztem o.a. Prüfdorn (und notwendigerweise gekipptem Rundtisch) messe ich einen Rundlauffehler "nahe" dem Rundtisch von ca. 3/100 mm. Das ist sehr gut! In ca. 100 mm Entfernung vom Rundtisch messe ich einen Rundlauffehler von 15/100 mm - das betrachte ich als schlecht. Ich verwende den o.a. Prüfdorn als Zentrierhilfe für ein direkt (ohne Zwischenflansch) montiertes, am Umfang modifiziertes (im Randbereich in Achsrichtung an drei Stellen durchbohrtes) Dreibackenfutter (Artikelnummer: 4031) und habe eine Rundlaufgenauigkeit des nicht mehr im Konus des Rundtischs, sondern mit dem Zylinder im Dreibackenfutter eingespannten Prüfdorns von ca. 12/100 mm erreicht. Das ist nicht rekordverdächtig, aber für den Preis immer noch sehr gut.

Sehr guter Teilapparat
Bisher kann ich nur gutes über diesen Teilapparat berichten. Dreht sich geschmeidig, lässt sich sauber einstellen. Für den Hobbybereich sehr gut geeignet. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die manchmal scharfen Grate. Da bleibt jeder Putzlumpen hängen ;-) Hätten wir in der Lehre sowas beim "Moischter" abgegeben, dann hätte der uns alles geheißen. Ist aber nichts, was man mit einer kleinen Feile hinbekommt. Darum ist das jammern auf hohem Niveau.....

Leider wurde beim Versand durch die m.E. unzureichende Verpackung (möglicherweise durch Fallenlassen) die Feststellschraube für den Drehteller verbogen, so dass sie sich nicht mehr auf Anschlag hineindrehen lässt. Da das Gewinde eine größere Steigung als die einer Norm-M6 hat, kann man nicht einfach eine handelsübliche Schraube als Ersatz verwenden.

Für den Preis ein perfekter kleiner Rundtisch, genau was jedem zu seiner Fräse zuhause noch fehlt - klar , größer , besser , teurer geht immer - Ich kann ihn aber bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Habe den Teilapperat schon öfter mit Flansch und Backenfutter verwendet, Ich muss sagen er ist für mich unverzichtbar, zumal lässt er sich in verschiedenen Winkelposition einstellen. Einfach nur Top, kann ihn nur weiter Empfehlen.
