Beim Kleinsten ist das Gewinde auf der
Beim Kleinsten ist das Gewinde auf der Spannzange etwas zu lange, daher ließ er sich nicht weit genug schließen, um einen M3 Gewindebohrer einzuspannen - ließ sich mit einer Schlüsselfeile jedoch rasch beheben. Die anderen beiden funktionieren Rtadellos, also alles in allem in Ordnung.

Könnte besser sein...
Ein typisches China-Produkt. Gute Idee, jedoch unsauber gefertigt.. Alle Teile habe ich überarbeitet. Entgraten, schleifen, bürsten - und schon ließ sich das Spannfutter auch ohne Werkzeug ausreichend fest anziehen. Dann stellte ich fest, dass die Gewindebohrer nicht winklig zum standen. Das ist zumindest unschön. Ich wollte die Windeisen an der Drehbank verwenden. Federdruckstift an der Pinole, Windeisen mit Zentrierbohrung gegen das Werkstück spannen, das Windeisen mit der Hand festhalten und mit minimum Drehzahl gewinde bohren. Das geht sehr gut wenn der Gewindebohrer winklig zur Hauptspindel steht. Es blieb mir nichts anderes übrig, die Spannzange muste innen ausgeschliffen werden. So! Viel Text, viel Arbeit - jetzt funtionieren die Windeisen perfekt. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist trotzdem sehr gut. Von einem US-amerikanischen Hersteller für hochwertige Werkzeuge kostet ein Windeisen dieser Bauform mal ganz locker 70 USD. Ich bin zufrieden! Es eben auch schön ein Wekzeug zur "Perfektion" gebracht zu haben. Von den 5 möglichen Sternen gibt es nue 4. Auspacken und loslegen war nicht möglich.

Good value but one needed to have the internal thread tapped further before it would grip the 3mm tap
