Description of the
The knurling wheel set has three interchangeable knurling wheel heads with which you can make different knurls.
Two of the three knurling wheel heads can be used to produce fine and medium-coarse cross knurls. The pitch of the fine cross knurling wheel head is 1.0 mm, that of the medium-coarse cross knurling wheel head is 1.5 mm. The third knurling wheel head can be used to produce grooves parallel to the axis, with a pitch of 1.5 mm.
The knurling wheel heads can be attached to both sides of the knurling tool holder using a screw. The distance from the underside of the shaft to the centre of the knurling head is 12 mm on the left-hand side of the tool holder and 16 mm on the right-hand side. The knurling wheel heads are attached to the tool holder in such a way that they can be easily swivelled. This enables flexible height adjustment of the knurling wheels.

These adjustable knurling pliers are designed for shaft diameters from 10 to 35 mm. Adjustment is made using a knurled screw. Cross knurls of 1.0 mm can be produced. The knurling wheels are made of hardened carbon steel.

Verarbeitung wie Kollege schon beschrieben, lässt noch Luft nach oben.
Erst nach Modifikation, können die Rändelradköpfe an beiden Seiten des Rändelwerkzeughalters durch eine Schraube befestigt werden. Verarbeitung nicht sauber. ErfĂ¼llt aber grundsätzlich seine Aufgabe.
