Intended use

A reamer is used for the fine machining of bores. The bores, which should usually be drilled 0.1 to 0.2 mm below the nominal dimension, can be reamed to the final dimension using a reamer. In the vast majority of cases, reamers are used to ream holes for dowel pins. By machining the bore, a high degree of shape and dimensional accuracy as well as a high surface quality of the finished reamed bore are achieved.

This manual reamer set with eleven adjustable reamers in nominal diameters of 12 to 35 mm is supplied in a wooden box for practical and safe storage. All reamers in this set are subject to tolerance classes H4 - H14. The cutting edges of the hand reamers are made of hardened carbon steel. At the end of the cylindrical shaft there is a square for mounting in a tap wrench.

The different diameters are adjusted using two threaded sleeves on the respective reamers.

Teilapparat; Reibahlen und umfangreiches Zubehör fĂ¼r Fräsmaschine

Ordentliches Reibahlenset mit kleiner Schwäche.

Im Einsatz auf der Drehbank lassen sich gute Ergebnisse erzielen. Beim Handeinsatz wird es etwas kniffliger, aber das sollte eine Frage der persönlichen Erfahrungen mit verstellbaren Handreibahlen sein. Die SchlĂ¼sselflächen sollten etwas präziser gearbeitet sein. Bei der Ahle 15,08 – 16,67 war die SchlĂ¼sselweite etwas grĂ¶ĂŸer als 12 mm, so daĂŸ man eine 13er SchlĂ¼ssel verwenden muss, der natĂ¼rlich viel zu weit ist. Könnte auf Dauer dazu fĂ¼hren, daĂŸ die SchlĂ¼sselflächen beschädigt werden. Nacharbeiten ist bei den dĂ¼nnen Verstellringen mit Vorsicht geboten. Bei den anderen GrĂ¶ĂŸen passt die SchlĂ¼sselweite manchmal oder es schlackert. Am besten man verwendet einen verstellbaren SchlĂ¼ssel. In Anbetracht des Preises ist das soweit akzeptabel. Gut ist, das die Ahlen 6 Klingen haben und man damit die Einstellung mit einer BĂ¼gelmessschraube messen kann. Schön wäre ein Indexstrich auf den Einstellringen, damit man die Verstellung genauer sieht.
