Intended use
Boring, facing or boring heads are designed for use on milling machines. Boring heads enable right-angled facing of the end faces of bores or the boring of very precise, round bores. This means that extremely precise bores with fitting dimensions can be produced on conventional milling machines. This is a great advantage when producing bearing seats, for example.

Gut abgestuftes Set zu einem guten Preis. Die Qualität und Genauigkeit ist für den nicht professionellen Bereich mehr als ausreichend. Kann in Verbindung mit einem anschraubbaren Austreiblappen auch auf einer Drehmaschine mit MK2 Reitstockaufnahme verwedet werden. Erste Versuche liefen damit ganz gut.

Gutes, brauchbares Werkzeug
Ein ganz brauchbares, kleines Werkzeug. Mit der Ergänzung durch einen Innendrehstahl mit Wendeschneidplatte wirklich gut. Leicht zu bedienen und masshaltiges Arbeiten möglich. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Eigentlich gut
Leider ist keine Bedienungsanleitung zum fachgerechten verwenden/einspannen der Meißel dabei! Für einen Halblaien, ist das sehr negativ zu bewerten! Zumindest sollten Listen zu den Schnittgeschwindigkeiten/Drehzahlen/Spannrichtung der Meißel, bzw. Zustellmaßen für verschiedene, zum Einsatz kommende Werkstoffe beiliegen, leider führte dieser Mangel bei mir anfangs zur Verformung/Zerstörung von 3 schwächeren Meißeln und am Telefon konnte mir Ihr Ansprechpartner keine unterstützenden Auskünfte geben, das ist traurig, hier könnten Sie noch mit den vorgenannten Verbesserungen punkten. Zumindest der Bohr-/Ausdrehkopf weist eine hohe Qualität auf!! Nach weiteren Versuchen habe ich mich dann langsam an ein verträgliches arbeiten mit den "stärker" ausgeführten Meißeln an akzeptierende Ergebnisse herangetastet...

für meine Ansprüche genügt das Teil vollkommen, ist gut verarbeitet und das etwas Spiel bei der Einstellung zu berücksichtigen ist, war mir klar.
