Description of the
The F307-V drilling/milling machine offers a wide range of applications. The machine is driven by a frequency-controlled 3-phase asynchronous three-phase motor. Thanks to its two-stage gearbox, it has two speed ranges (slow and fast), which can be adjusted using a rotary knob. The reduction ratio ensures a high torque at the work spindle even in the low speed range. The spindle speed is infinitely adjustable from 150 to 2,250 rpm. The machine has clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation. The milling head (Z-axis) is moved by handwheel. The machine also has a fine feed, which can only be used to move the quill in the Z direction. For drilling work, the quill is fed via the star grip on the side. The travel of the quill can be read on the digital drilling depth display. The work spindle has a user-friendly SK30 tool holder. The dovetail guides on the X, Y and Z axes can be adjusted backlash-free using wedge strips. The 700 x 180 mm worktable has three T-slots (12 mm / M10) for clamping workpieces or clamping devices. The work table is adjusted in the X and Y axes using handwheels with vernier. The cross table of the F307-V is equipped with recirculating ball screws for backlash-free and precise movement.
With the ball screw, also known as a ball screw drive, balls inserted into the spindle nut transmit the force between the spindle and nut. As the spindle rotates, these balls move axially in the grooves between the nut and spindle. The balls are returned through channels in the spindle nut, creating a circuit in which the balls circulate around the spindle.
- The advantages of a recirculating ball screw:
- Significantly lower friction (rolling friction) compared to conventional trapezoidal spindles (sliding friction)
- Less wear, therefore longer service life
- Significantly higher accuracy and freedom from backlash compared to normal screw drives such as trapezoidal spindles
- Higher travel speeds possible

The solidly manufactured F400-G drilling/milling machine is driven by a powerful, 2-stage three-phase motor made in Germany with an output power of
600 / 900 watts. The power is transmitted directly to the 6-stage oil-bath gearbox via a plug-in shaft, ensuring no slippage. The F400-G has twelve spindle speeds from 105 to 3,000 rpm, which can be set using two control levers. The height of the milling head is adjusted using the front-mounted hand crank for the Z-axis. For drilling work, the quill stroke is executed via the star grip mounted on the side; for precise infeed in the Z-axis during milling, the machine has an activatable fine feed. The travel of the quill can be read on the digital drilling depth display.
The dovetail guides on the X, Y and Z axes can be adjusted backlash-free using wedge strips. The 740 x 180 mm swivelling worktable has three T-slots (12 mm / M10) for clamping workpieces or clamping devices. The main switch, the switch for clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation, the torque button, the on/off switch, the switch for the motor speed (level 1 and 2) and the emergency stop button are located on the control unit attached to the side of the milling head.

Lieferung perfekt - Preis Leistung passt - Service 1A
