Intended use
A quick-change tool holder set is a precise and efficient clamping system for lathes, designed to enable the rapid changing of turning tools, boring bars or other tools. The tool holder, with the tool clamped in place, is aligned correctly with the machine’s spindle centre just once. This positioning is secured by a lock nut and is therefore set to the correct height every time the tool holder is reinserted into the base unit. The system’s base unit is securely mounted on the lathe’s top slide and forms the foundation of the system. The tool holder is the interchangeable component in which the turning tools are clamped. The system’s fine-toothed locking mechanism enables repeatable alignment of the tool without the need for readjustment.

Absolut empfehlenswert !
Hervorragendes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis, ich habe einen baugleichen Multifix eines etablierten deutschen Herstellers, allerdings ca. 50 Jahre alt, der ist immer noch intakt, aber natürlich mittlerweile etwas abgenutzt. Ich kann an dem Paulimot- Multifixhalter nicht erkennen, was schlechter wäre als dieser mit Sicherheit um ein vielfaches teurere Halter aus deutscher Produktion, selbst wenn er neu wäre. Paßgenauigkeit, Fertigungsqualität und auch die qualitätsmäßige Anmutung beim Klemmen der Stahlhalter sind erstklassig und für Gelegenheitsbastler mehr als ausreichend. Dies alles zu einem Preis wo man kaum "nein" sagen kann - rundum empfehlenswert ! Ebenso positiv die Qualität der Stahlhalter selbst, da gibts nix zu meckern! Das Ganze sauber und sorgfältig verpackt, und sehr schnell geliefert, wirklich eine sehr erfreuliche Bereicherung für alle die dieses Hobby finanzierbar betreiben wollen !
