Intended use
Turning tools with replaceable inserts are characterised by the fact that worn cutting edges can be replaced quickly and easily. The tedious and time-consuming regrinding of the cutting edge is no longer necessary. Another advantage of turning tools with reversible or replaceable inserts is that the most suitable insert can be mounted on the holder depending on the material to be machined. For example, there are special inserts for machining aluminium or non-ferrous metals. Both the holders and the inserts are standardised and can be identified by the respective standard designation.

Description of the
This 5-piece turning tool set includes turning tools for longitudinal turning, facing, chamfering, roughing and internal boring. All tools in this set are supplied with the same ISO indexable insert TCMT110204 (carbide, TIN-coated). For special applications, these carbide inserts can be replaced by other inserts that are suitable for the material to be machined.
You can find these special indexable inserts in our range. You can also order the standard inserts from us individually or as a set of 10.
The set is completed by a boring bar holder with external dimensions of 13 x 13 mm that matches the boring bar and a Torx spanner required for changing the inserts. The turning tools are supplied in an aluminium case with foam insert for clear and proper storage.

Das Set macht einen guten Eindruck. Habe bis jetzt 2 Meißel getestet. Schneidplatten voll OK, auch der Bohrmeißel arbeitet gut.Ich habe mich für dieses Set entschieden um endlich eine einheitliche Wendeplattengröße zu haben. Da ich auch 4 Schnellwechselhalter nutze, somit ideal . Ich kann das Set, auch wegen der guten Aufbewahrungsbox ,empfehlen.

wertiger Eindruck wird von ersten Einsätzen bestätigt.
Habe erst zwei Drehmeißel aus dem Set eingesetzt und bin mit deren Qualität zufrieden. Da ich keinen Schnellspannhalter habe ist es von großem Vorteil, dass die Halter alle kalibriert sind, d.h. dass die Schneidplatten alle auf gleicher Höhe sind. Somit genügt es einmalig die richtige Unterlagenhöhe zu ermitteln. Dann können die einzelnen Drehmeißel auch schnell getauscht werden.

Tun ihre Arbeit. Diese Meißel passen sehr gut zu der PM190-V.

Zufriedenstellend
Auf den ersten Blick war alles ok, aber beim drehen der Wendeplatten zeigte sich, dass die Bohrung der Wendeschneidplatte nicht ganz mit dem Gewinde im Halter fluchtet. Nacharbeit war erforderlich.
