Intended use
A quick-change steel holder set is a precise and efficient clamping system for lathes to enable the quick change of turning steels, boring bars or other tools. The steel holder with the clamped tool is correctly aligned to the centre of the machine spindle just once. This positioning is fixed using a lock nut and is therefore set to the correct height each time the steel holder is reinserted into the base body. The base body of the system is firmly mounted on the top slide of the lathe and forms the basis of the system. The steel holder is the interchangeable component in which the turning tools are clamped. The system's fine-toothed ratchet system enables repeatable alignment of the tool without the need for readjustment.

Hallo habe mir 11 der Stahlhalter für meine Industrie Drehmaschine besorgt Stahlhalter gut verarbeitet aber die Halter wurden von mir zerlegt weil noch etliche feine Spänne in den Gewinden und im gesamten Stahlhalter vorhanden waren wahrscheinlich durch das schleifen der Stahlhalter alles mit Bremsen Reiniger unter hohen Druck gewaschen der Erfolg das sich alle Feine Schleif Spänne im weißen Waschbecken gesammelt haben danach alles leicht eingeölt und siehe da jetzt sind alle Gewinde wieder leichtgängig !
