Top Teil
den HV6 gibts nirgendwo günstiger als hier (nach meinen Recherchen) und der den ich bekommen habe ist extrem gut verarbeitet, unterbietet die angegebenen Toleranzen um mehr als die Hälfte. Die Größe passt sehr gut zu ner F207-V Fräse, allerdings waagerecht montiert mit 4-Backenfutter braucht man Direktspannzangen um ausreichend Platz in Z zu haben. Hab damit schon Lagersitze mit 0,01mm Toleranz gefräst, von 16mm Vorbohrung auf 28mm in 2 Fräsdurchgängen, also deutlich schneller als ausspindeln. Bin da rundrum zufrieden mit.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Der Rundtisch macht einen guten Eindruck und die ersten Arbeiten sind gut und maßhaltig verlaufen. Kann man wirklich empfehlen.

Brauchbar
Das Gerät weist die ausgewiesene Genauikeit aus. Insoweit bin ich zufrieden. Verarbeitung des Graugusses darf schon etwas besser ausgeführt werden. Daran sollte Vertex noch arbeiten. Der untere Teilstrich für die Maßanzeige ist krumm und schief, verbogen angebracht. Sowas geht einfach nicht. Daran ist unbedingt nachzubessern. Ich richte mir das selbst aus einem Stück Messing.
