Intended use
Turning tools with replaceable inserts are characterised by the fact that worn cutting edges can be replaced quickly and easily. The tedious and time-consuming regrinding of the cutting edge is no longer necessary. Another advantage of turning tools with reversible or replaceable inserts is that the most suitable insert can be mounted on the holder depending on the material to be machined. For example, there are special inserts for machining aluminium or non-ferrous metals. Both the holders and the inserts are standardised and can be identified by the respective standard designation.

Top Werkzeug
Bei meinen bisherigen Arbeiten an der Drehmaschine habe ich immer herkömmliche Drehstähle verwendet. Die Qualität hatte mich nie zufrieden gestellt. Daher die Suche nach anderen Drehstählen. Daher habe ich diese Drehstähle mit Wendeplatten bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgte umgehend und ich konnte bei einigen Arbeitsgängen Diese neuen Drehstähle testen. Ich war begeistert und habe die alten Drehstähle entsorgt. Die Qualität ist sehr gut und ebenfalls zeigt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ein super Ergebnis. Ein Nachschärfen der Stähle entfällt, dafür gibt es ja die Wendeplatten. Ein tolles Produkt!! Kann ich bestens weiterempfehlen. RH
