Description of the

The precision compass has two ground legs with a length of 160 mm, which can be spread to a range of 160 mm. This allows you to mark or scribe a circle with a maximum diameter of approx. 320 mm using the scriber, and the measuring range can be set quickly and easily using a locking screw. By loosening the screw, you can spread the two legs to the desired measuring range. To obtain the desired measuring range, place the tip of the compass on a ruler or folding rule and pull the two legs apart. You can prevent the set measuring range from slipping by tightening the screw on the bow again.

This 3-piece compass set consists of a scriber compass for scribing and marking circular markings as well as an inside caliper compass and an outside caliper compass for determining and transferring inside and outside dimensions. The compasses in this set are made of carbon steel and the measuring tips are hardened.

The precision compass has two octagonally ground legs with a length of 150 mm, which can be spread to a range of 200 mm. This allows you to mark or scribe a circle with a maximum diameter of approx. 400 mm with the scriber.

The measuring range can be set quickly and easily using a locking screw on the quarter circle (arc). By loosening the screw, you can spread the two legs to the desired measuring range. To obtain the desired measuring range, place the tip of the compass on a ruler or folding rule and pull the two legs apart. You can now prevent the set measuring range from slipping by tightening the screw on the bow again.

The precision compass has two octagonally ground legs with a length of 200 mm, which can be spread to a range of 215 mm. This allows you to mark or scribe a circle with a maximum diameter of approx. 430 mm with the scriber.
