Power is transmitted quietly via a toothed belt, even at high speeds. The dynamic control ensures high torque even at low speeds. The entire speed range from 100 to 5,000 rpm is covered by one belt position; it is not necessary to change the drive belt. During drilling operations, the quill stroke is controlled via the feed lever, while the machine has an activatable fine feed for precise infeed in the X-axis during milling. In relation to its size, the SX1P has large travel ranges in the X and Y axes. All guides can be adjusted backlash-free using pressure bars. The speed display, the emergency stop button, the switch for clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation and the speed controller are located on the front of the milling head.
The on/off switch is located on the side.

The SIEG SX2.7L drilling/milling machine offers a wide range of applications. The machine is driven by a brushless DC motor with dynamic control. This control system ensures a high torque at all speeds. The entire speed range is covered by a single belt position, i.e. there is no need to reposition the belt. The toothed belt ensures a slip-free drive. The spindle speed is infinitely variable from 100 to 2,000 rpm. The machine has a "thread-cutting function", which enables the direction of rotation of the spindle to be changed immediately at the touch of a button. The milling head (Z-axis) is moved by handwheel. The machine also has a fine feed, which can only be used to move the quill in the Z direction. For drilling work, the quill is fed via the star grip on the side. The travel of the quill can be read on the digital drilling depth display. The work spindle has a user-friendly SK30 tool holder. The dovetail guides on the X, Y and Z axes can be adjusted backlash-free using wedge strips. The 700 x 160 mm worktable has three T-slots (12 mm / M10) for clamping workpieces or clamping devices. The worktable is adjusted in the X and Y axes using handwheels with vernier.
This milling machine is supplied with a glass scale measuring system already installed. In addition to the versatile functions of a measuring system, this is used to display the actual position of a workpiece or tool in a coordinate system. The display and control unit is equipped with a 7 inch (18 cm) LCD screen and various function keys. The screen is attached to the Z-column of the milling machine via a swivelling arm. There is also a practical tool tray underneath the display unit. The X, Y and Z axes of the machine are equipped with glass scales. The fourth axis of the measuring system can be used for optional accessories, such as a rotary table. The measuring system is characterised by very extensive functions and display options. Selected functions are shown graphically on the display for better understanding. The position display offers the option of choosing between turning, milling and grinding mode. The languages available are German, English, Spanish, French and Chinese.

- Inclined contour / surface: Milling of phases or diagonal surfaces
- Setting any number of holes at an even distance on a straight line (SHL function)
- Milling a radius or circular arc
- Representation of a bolt hole circle for evenly spaced holes on a circular arc

- The following functions are available in turning mode:
- Taper turning
- Tool compensation
- The traverse path in the X-axis can be displayed either in diameter or in radius.
- It is possible to display Z and Z0 combined, i.e. the travel of the bed slide and the travel of the top slide are displayed as a total.
The values can be displayed in mm or inches in all operating modes. It is possible to change the sign when displaying the individual axes. The position indicator has a standby mode. The display brightness, date, time and acoustic signals can be set. A calculator function with memory is also available.

The SIEG X2P is a 230-volt drilling/milling machine with a speed range of 100 to 2,500 rpm. It is driven by a 350 watt brush motor. Power is transmitted via a 2-stage gearbox. A gear lever is used to select between the high and low speed ranges. The speed can be continuously adjusted within both speed ranges. Thanks to the reduction ratio in the gearbox, the X2P also has sufficient torque in the low speed range. No quill is installed in the X2P. The feed in the Z direction is achieved by moving the milling head via quick adjustment with star knob or via the activatable fine feed. The adjustable depth stop on the Z-column allows milling and drilling work to be carried out with repeat accuracy. In relation to its size, the X2P has large travel ranges in the X and Y axes. Superbe petite fraiseuse
Depuis quelque temps , j'avait la ferme intention de aquerir une petite fraiseuse ,ayant naviguer part le net a la recherche d'une petite machine , d'un prix correcte , et puis suit tomber sur la Societe Paulimot , ayant visioner tout leur produits , mon desir c'est concretiser ,aussi ayant lu les avis clients , j'ai commander cette machine ,elle est arriver en Espagne dans sa boite d'embalage intacte ,apres modification de ,mon petit atelier , pour son arriver , j'ai commencer mes premiers copaux ,et je suit tres satifait , tres silencieuse , d'une puissance sufisante , je suit avec du laiton et c'est super ,La Societe Paulimot est totalement recomandable , materiel , machines tres bonne calite et apres avoir vue un peut de tout sur le net , pour moi , cette Societe est la mieux classer en prix Salutations

Maschine erfüllt voll und ganz meine Erwartung.
Maschine erfüllt voll und ganz meine Erwartung. War skeptisch ob die Motorleistung ausreichend ist, habe bis jetzt aber keinerlei Probleme gehabt. Natürlich wird schwere Zerspanung aufgrund der Maschinengröße nicht möglich sein, aber dafür ist ja auch nicht gedacht. Musste lediglich die Führungsbahnen mit einem Abziehstein entgraten, diese waren doch sehr Scharfkantig. Die Klemmung der Tische könnte solider sein ( M4 ) und ist ein wenig fummelig, erfüllt aber ihren Zweck bis jetzt. Lieferung hat pünktlich und Problemlos funktioniert. Alles in allem solide kleine Maschine zum günstigen Preis.

Goeie prijs/kwaliteitverhouding
Aangenaam verrast door de rustige loop. Zeer hoog toerental mogelijk! Nette afwerking. Wel de leibanen nalopen, afstellen en smeren. Aanbevolen spantangen-set (ER32) is wat groot qua diameter en hoogte.

Ein gutes Produkt
Ich nutze die Fräsmaschine jetzt seit einigen Wochen. Mir gefallen die relativ langen Verfahrwege der X- und Y-Achse bezogen auf die kleine Baugröße dieser Fräse. Sie läuft sehr ruhig und hat im niedrigen Drehzahlbereich immer noch ein hohes Drehmoment. Auch gibt es sehr viel Zubehör für ein sehr großes Einsatzspektrum an dieser Maschine. Für Modellbauer oder Hobby-Anwender ist sie zu diesem Preis unschlagbar. Ich bereue den Kauf nicht.

Solide Maschine zum günstigen Preis
Die Maschine hat für den Preis große Verfahrwege und verfügt über eine robuste Mechanik. Die Schlitten aller 3 Achsen haben kein Spiel. Nur die Spindellager sind sehr einfach, daher bleibt hier ein Umkehrspiel von ca. 0.3 mm. Ich denke das ist in der Preisklasse aber normal.

Preis/Leistung ist Top
Die Maschine ist von Grund auf sehr solide aufgebaut und hat bei der Bearbeitung von NE Metallen absolut keine Probleme. Der Motor ist wirklich sehr leise und hat durch die intelligente Ansteuerung auch im sehr niedrigen Drehzahl Bereich noch genug Kraft. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die schlechte Lagerung der Vorschub-Spindeln, welche zu einem sehr hohen Umkehrspiel führt. Auch die Bedienelemente wie zum Beispiel die Spindel Arretierung und der Tiefenanschlag hätten mit einem kleinen Hebel oder Rändelschraube anstelle einer einfachen Imbus Schraube ausgestattet werden können. So muss man immer zum Imbus Schlüssel greifen was wirklich sehr lästig ist. Diese Teile kosten nur ein paar Cent mehr und vereinfachen die Bedienung doch erheblich. Zum glück sind solche Dinge einfach nachzurüsten.

Für die Baugröße sehr robust aufgebaut und auch der Motor ist durchzugsstark, die Führungen sind spielfrei einstellbar. Ich bin mit diesem Gerät rundum zufrieden!

Gute Fräsmaschine
Die Fräsmaschine ist ausreichend stabil, um kleine Teile aus Aluminium oder Kunststoff sauber zu fräsen. Das funktioniert sogar im Gleichlauf. Wünschenswert wäre eine Skala mit Millimeter-Einteilung.
