Description of the
This tailstock, ground on all sides, is suitable for the SIEG precision dividing attachment Article No. 16050, i.e. the centre height of this tailstock corresponds to the height of the support up to the rotary axis of the rotary table (for horizontal use). Both the centre point guide and the centre point itself can be adjusted laterally using knurled adjustment wheels. The set position of the centre point guide can be fixed using a hexagon socket screw. The centre point is locked in place using a clamping screw on the side. The base has two slotted holes for fastening to the machine table. The centre point guide can be lubricated via an oiler.

Thanks to its height-adjustable centre, this tailstock is suitable for dividing heads with a rotary table centre between 75 and 105 mm in the vertical position.
To achieve horizontal alignment of the workpiece, it is clamped between the dividing attachment and the tailstock. The tailstock centre is fixed at the set height by a clamping screw, and the horizontal position of the centre can also be secured by clamping.
Lateral adjustment of the centre point is made possible by a knurled rotary knob. The horizontal travel of the centre is 27.5 mm.
With its height-adjustable centre, this tailstock is suitable for dividing heads with a rotary table centre between 75 and 90 mm in the vertical position.
To achieve horizontal alignment of the workpiece, it is clamped between the dividing attachment and the tailstock. The tailstock centre is fixed at the set height by a clamping screw, and the horizontal position of the centre can also be secured by clamping.

Gut!
Sauber verarbeitet, voll verstellbar, außer in der Höhe. Was man wissen sollte ist, dass max. M8 Schrauben zur Klemmung mit Nutsteinen passen. Das wird in der Produktbeschreibung leider nicht erwähnt. Für größere Frästische braucht man also spezielle Nutsteine (großer Stein, kleines Gewinde), die man sich aus z.B. Rohlingen selbst herstellen kann.
