Intended use

Depending on the design of the caliper gauge, a so-called depth gauge may also be available, which can be used to measure the depth of blind holes, for example. Sehr genauer Messschieber
Der Messschieber ist Qualitativ sehr gut und sehr präzise. Mit diesem ist das messen genauer als mit meinem alten, digitalen, Billig-Messschieber aus dem Supermarkt. Lediglich die Aufbewahrungsbox des Messschiebers ist qualitativ minderwertig. Um die Box zu öffnen, musste ich viel Kraft ausüben, da die Rastnasen sich nicht eindrücken lassen. Hatte dabei bedenken, den Messschieber zu beschädigen, da sich dabei die Box sehr stark verwindet hat. Werde zwei der drei Rastnasen abtrennen. Dann müsste die Aufbewahrungsbox leichter zu öffnen sein.

Gutes Werkzeug
Ich arbeite gerne mit dem Messschieber. Durch sein Gewicht liegt er sich in der Hand. Anfangs dachte ich, dass er ein wenig ungenau ist, aber dann fand ich heraus, dass man mit dem unteren Feststellrädchen die Null genau einstellen kann.
