Intended use
Gauge blocks are rectangular, high-precision ground blocks with very high length accuracy. They are used for calibrating and testing test equipment and measuring devices such as micrometers or micrometers. Furthermore, gauge blocks can be used when using or adjusting sinusoidal vices.

Description of the
Due to the high surface quality and the resulting adhesion force, any number of individual blocks can be joined together at the ends to form different lengths (also known as pushing or blasting). In this way, gauge blocks are also used for the alignment of sinusoidal vises. Individual blocks are generally used for calibrating or testing measuring devices.
The gauge blocks from this set are subject to accuracy class II. Gauges in this accuracy class are generally used in measuring rooms for checking gauges and adjusting measuring instruments.
As steel gauge blocks tend to cold weld, individual blocks should be separated from each other after eight hours at the latest.
The gauge blocks should always be kept clean and oiled and stored in the storage box after each use.

Klare Kaufempfehlung !
Die Endmaße sind von sehr guter Qualität.Habe mehrere Messungen gemacht ,Ergebnis einwandfrei,sehr präzise. Für die Werkstatt daheim vollkommen ausreichend.Preis/Leistung hervorragend. Man bedenke,daß Endmaße namhafter Meßmittel-Hersteller für den Privatmann kaum zu bezahlen sind.

Top Leistungsspektrum und Preis
Hatte längere Zeit das Endmaß-Set von Veritas benutzt und fand 0,5 mm Genauigkeit zu wenig. Auf der Suche nach mehr Nachkommastellen bin ich erst beim Welt-Reichsten Händler fündig geworden und habe mir dann gedacht, das vorgeschlagene Produkt gibt es doch bestimmt auch bei seinem ausgewiesenen Lieferanten Paulimot. Gesucht, Gefunden, Geld gespart.

Wenn es etwas genauer sein soll
Nach dem Entfetten mit Aceton lassen sich die Endmaße auch anfassen. Im Zusammenspiel mit Höhenreisser und Richtplatte eine gute Kombi.

Ich habe die Endmaße mit meinen Mitteln nachgemessen 1/1000 Messchraube und habe keine Abweichugen feststllen können. Die Endmaße sind gut verarbeitet. Bin mit dem Atikel zufrieden
