Intended use

This cross table is sturdy and solidly made of cast steel. The work table is ground on all sides. It has two through T-slots for T-slot nuts with M8 thread. The workpiece is fixed in the desired position on the worktable using clamping claws, hold-down clamps or similar. The cross table can be moved in the X and Y directions using the large handwheels fitted with a vernier. A measuring scale on the Y-axis makes it quick and easy to read off the travel distance. The dovetail guides can be adjusted backlash-free using pressure bars. The spindle of the Y-axis is protected from falling chips by a drag plate.

Schneller Versand und immer über den Versandstatus informiert. Sehr gut verpackt und Tisch war mit Oelpapier gegen Rost gesichert.

Super Kreuztisch
Bin sehr begeistert kein Luft beim drehen. Sehr schwer und stabil. Als ich das alles ausgebaut habe um nachschauen war ich begeistert das dort zwei lager eingebaut sind. Daumen hoch und 5 sterne von mir.

Stabiler und präziser Kreuztisch
Den Punktabzug ( im Grunde nur einen halben) gab es für die T-Nuten in den die Nutsteine nicht passen wollten. Nach dem messen von bis zu 11,82mm der Nutenbreite, was ja nach DIN-Norm 12 H8 sein sollte, habe ich mich entschieden die Nuten nachzufräsen. Dabei musste ich feststellen das der Fräser das Metall nur Stellenweise touchierte und das ganze Problem nur an der Farbe lag.....habe ich nicht gedacht und mir das fräsen und ausrichten sparen können wenn ich zu einen Schaber gegriffen hätte. In einem Handrad waren die Gewinde nicht tief genug geschnitten um die Kurbelbolzen komplett einzuschrauben. Ansonsten ist es ein solider Kreuztisch der präzise gefertigt ist und ein Maschienenschraubstock gut an den geschliffen Arbeitstischkanten eingemessen werden kann. Die Führungen sind gut einzustellen, der Nonius an den großen Handrädern ist prima abzulesen und das positionieren des Werkstückes auf 1/100 mm möglich. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Kreuztisch, ausreichend
Der Kreuztisch ist ausreichend groß und für meine Zwecke in Ordnung, für feinere Arbeiten und Zustellungen ist er allerdings nicht präzise genug.... was bei dem Preis allerdings auch nicht erwartet wurde. Preis-Leistung ist ok.

Nuten unterschiedlich
Grundsätzlich ist der Kreuztisch sehr gut ausgeführt. Ich habe mir die passenden Nutensteine dazu gekauft. Bei einer Nut konnte ich die Nutensteine ohne Nachbearbeitung einschieben, bei der anderen Nut habe ich die Nutensteine leicht nachgeschliffen, wären sehr schwer reingegangen.

Alles tiptop
Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Die Nutensteine haben geklemmt, war zuviel Farbe in den Schlitzen.
