Knurling pliers with 2 HSS wheels

The adjustable knurling pliers have two knurling wheels with which you can make cross knurls with a pitch of 1.0 mm. Knurls up to a maximum workpiece diameter of 22 mm can be stamped. The knurling pliers are self-centring.

The knurling pliers are made of burnished steel and the knurling wheels are made of high-quality alloy steel.

These adjustable knurling pliers are designed for shaft diameters from 10 to 35 mm. Adjustment is made using a knurled screw. Cross knurls of 1.0 mm can be produced. The knurling wheels are made of hardened carbon steel.

The knurling wheel heads are attached to the tool holder in such a way that they can be easily swivelled. This enables flexible height adjustment of the knurling wheels.
