Intended use
Drill chucks are used to clamp tools with a cylindrical shank, such as drills, countersinks, reamers, etc. Drill chucks are used in machine tools such as lathes, milling machines or drilling machines. Depending on the type of machine, a drill chuck with a suitable holder is required. A general distinction is made between drill chucks in which the tools are clamped with a spanner and drill chucks in which the tools can be clamped without a spanner, so-called quick-action drill chucks.

With this precision quick-action drill chuck, the taper arbor and the drill bit holder consist of one part, i.e. the taper arbor cannot be separated from the drill chuck. In contrast to drill chucks with an inserted taper arbor, this design enables a higher concentricity to be achieved. The taper arbor has a tightening thread in the Morse taper and is therefore suitable for use in milling machines. The clamping range of this chuck is 1 to 13 mm. As the three clamping jaws close completely, it is also possible to clamp tools with a shank diameter of less than 1 mm.

Sehr gutes Schnellspannbohrfutter!
Endlich habe ich ein Futter mit einem Rundlauf unter 0,05mm, getestet mit Bohrern von 2mm bis 10mm Durchmesser mit Girod-Tast Fühlhebelmessgerät! Exzellente Qualität!

Super Bohrfutter
Super Bohrfutter, das wurde auch sehr schnell geliefert. Der Rundlauf ist prima, das sieht man vorallem bei kleinen Bohrern und die Haltekraft ist bei größeren Bohrern auch gut, jedenfalls habe ich bis jetzt noch kein durchrutschen gehabt.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis top. Läuft in einer Sieg SX2P. Rundlaufgenauigkeit am Fräser 0,02. Für leichtere Fräsarbeiten entfällt der lästige Wechsel MK3 Bohrfutter und der ER Spannzangen
